This series of high-frequency chargers adopts the LLC topology. As a vehicle-mounted charging device, it has the advantages of small size and high conversion efficiency. This series of chargers supports an input voltage range of AC85-265V and a maximum output power of 1.2KW, and adopts a forced air-cooling method.
The charging machine framework mainly consists of the following modules: PFC power factor correction circuit, LLC resonant network, auxiliary power supply module, and CAN communication circuit.
