The First Power 10KW on-board charger includes a built-in CAN interface for communication with the BMS, ensuring stable performance, safety, and reliability through comprehensive protection functions. It offers two cooling options: air-cooling and natural cooling, and has an IP67 protection rating. The charger converts a wide range of single-phase and three-phase AC from the charging port into high-quality DC to charge the vehicle's power battery, supporting up to 10KW of continuous charging power. During the charging process, the charger responds to voltage and current commands from the BMS and provides status feedback for self-diagnostics. Basic Function


The First Power OBC converts three-phase alternating current into direct current, providing galvanic isolation between the public AC grid and the industrial fleet's DC system. This setup enables battery charging while ensuring the safety of both grids. Battery charging is managed via a CAN interface, with the charger regulating current and voltage based on CAN-received values.
